The the aux cord didn't work which was tough since we were spending so much time in the car.

Upon arriving at the Payless counter for our scheduled pickup time, the Payless employee was nowhere to be found for about 35 minutes. He eventually showed up late to work without an apology or explanation. Very disappointing.

The insurance extras for Iceland are a bit much, sales guy did very good job, but your counter is bit under staffed as takes bit of time to get all done, expecily as they have to explain all the special insurance extras..!
